I have been on tour with this company several times, and I recommend them highly. Moses Augustino, who is the operator and guide, communicated with me to plan the safaris exactly as I wanted. He made arrangements that fit my budget, which for me meant a combination of resorts and tented camps. Moses is skilled at knowing where to find animals, and to spot them at a distance. He is knowledgeable, and can give extensive information on not only the animals, but the vegetation and the local communities. His SUV is comfortable, fitted with a mini fridge and outlets for phone chargers. He is personable, and makes the safari fun. The last time I traveled was with my teen age granddaughter, and we both had a wonderful time.
