Absolutely to be avoided!!! On a trip to Kenya he scammed us by making us pay extra money once we arrived at the safari!
Furthermore, poor professionalism, they are not tour operators but ordinary citizens scammers disguised as travel agencies

This company is a scammer. Avoid her. Josef is a thief and they do not pay any advance payment because they may steal it from you and the safari will not take place. They lack the professionalism expected by a European customer. Be careful with this company. The crisis in Kenya has caused such companies to steal from customers.
Ta firma to oszuści. Omijajcie ją z daleka. Josef to złodziej i nie wpłacają żadnej przedpłaty bo mogą ją wam ukraść a safari się nie odbędzie. Brak jest u nich profesjonalizmu którego oczekuje klient z Europy. Uważajcie na tą firmę. Kryzys w Kenii spowodował że takie firmy dopuszczają się kradzieży na białych klientach.
