When our flight to Arusha for the safari was canceled, we were rerouted to Mt. Kilimanjaro airport. There, Witnes had to wait an additional 4 hours beyond our scheduled arrival time before picking us up from a random hotel in Arusha. He remained reachable by phone and promptly responded to collect us.
To complicate matters, our luggage did not arrive on the same flight. Dennis assisted with communication, ensuring our bags were delivered to our hotel at 3 am.
Diana then picked us up for our safari tour, which was exceptionally well-organized. We observed a wide array of animals and birds, and Diana provided insightful answers to our questions. Despite adjusting plans due to rain on the last day, we had a fantastic time and made it to the airport in time for our flight.
I commend them for their thoughtfulness and dedication in dealing with our airline-related challenges and ensuring a fantastic experience.
