Brilliant, unique experience from start to finish. Yusuph, the guide was excellent and really shared his knowledge and entertained the group. He was excellent at spotting wildlife, answering questions and was supportive. Excellent food, excellent waiting staff, our chef and waiter were faultless - quite how the chef and the waiter produce the food they do is puzzling. Hand baked treats at tea time in the morning & afternoon cakes and canapes in the evening, - I have never been so impressed. The attention to detail, such as warm water to wash your face in the morning and the way the tents were pulled down and put back up was a very smooth operation. Tables in the tents were rearranged at the next camp as they were left at the previous camp. We saw lots of animals and received in depth information from the guide on the workings of the eco system. I have never felt so connected to the earth, or touched by just how hard all involved worked to make this happen.

I used the out of hours service for a question and was answered immediately. True experts in their product, which became clearer and clearer when I was there and heard experiences of other agents.
