We booked our trip just 5 days before departing in Belgium which was absolutely difficult to manage due to the time, but Lameck helped us with all the bookings and we went through a long conversations just to make sure we find something great that feat our goals. Lameck was always so friendly and quick to respond to our hundred emails with many questions. We were able to come up with a custom 14 days semi-luxury itinerary that met our needs.
We landed in Dar es Salaam in the night then picked up with our driver Waziri who is a good driver, very charming , polite and knowledgeable, he transferred us to Blue Sapphire Hotel just 15min from the Airport which was good hotel, and the next morning we began with 7days Safaris in southern Parks of Tanzania including Nyerere National Park, Mikumi, and Ruaha then we proceeded with more 7 days in Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro Crater, the driving was a little beet challenge because it was raining in some parts but the driver was good enough to handle all the situations as well as driving from Ruaha to Manyara was a long distance, we spent a all day driving but was really awesome when we passed through different small villages, cities and mountains ranges.
We stayed between a mix of semi-luxury tented camps and lodges, including Foxes Safari camps in Southern parks and Serena lodges in northern circuit which all was our favorites and would 100% recommend them. The tents and facilities were 5 star, food was amazing and the best part was the incredible crew. They made our stay so comfortable and they are just the loveliest people.
The last day of our trip the driver transferred us from Ngorongoro Serena in the morning to Lake Manyara Airstrip for the flight ( Auric Air) to Dar es Salaam International Airport, connecting with our evening flight back home .
This was an awesome experience and unforgettable! The people at African Diurnal Safaris are as good as any we’ve encountered and very professional. We saw everything we could have wanted. We highly recommend contacting Lameck at African Diurnal Safaris for the perfect safari itinerary in Tanzania.
Thanks very much, Asante sana!!!
We highly recommend African Diurnal Safaris for the amazing safari experiences that we had from the beginning to the end of the safari.
Lameck is the good safari operator, he handled our itinerary with such easy and professionalism. He responded quick to our every email, he was thorough in all the details.
He met us at the lodge in Mwanza to greet us and go over our itinerary. He also called us on phone when we finished our trip on last day in Arusha town just to make sure we satisfied with our trip and everything is good with us, because we started our trip from Mwanza one-way to Arusha/Kilimanjaro International Airport which was the best idea than the round trip that starts from Arusha to Ngorongoro Crater then Serengeti back with the same way to Arusha!!
Emily, our guide, was amazing, as was our cook, Isack! The guide was so knowledgeable about all the animals and everything about the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. He was great at spotting animals. We saw the Big Five and more!! He was the best driver handling the bumpy roads well. We felt like we had the best experience with Emily as our guide and our cook too!!
We highly recommend African Diurnal Safaris to everyone looking for memorable safari experiences in Tanzania with the trip idea that starts in Mwanza City to Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater one-way to Arusha!!!.
We did an exciting and memorable safari experience in Tanzania with African Diurnal Safari from Mwanza one way to Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara and Tarangire National Park and dropoff in Kilimanjaro International Airport, which was a good idea than the classic itinerary one from Arusha back to Arusha (round trip).
The safari was wonderful and exciting from the beginning when we started the safari till the end, accommodations was great well organised and our safari guide Emily was really honest and helpful to show us a lot of animals and the story of the animals was great and the culture of some tribes in Tanzania like Maasai and Sukuma tribe, we didn't expect to learn all of during this safari.
We saw all of the big five and ten too.
I would like to recommend this tour operator to anyone who planning to visit Tanzania safari and I will be using them again on the future.
