Jumbari Safaris responded very quickly through Your African Safaris when I was researching tours to Botswana. They were extremely helpful and efficient, especially since I was coordinating travel for family members in 3 continents. Arrangements for lodging, flights and the actual safaris were immaculate. I liked that they tried to support locally owned and operated businesses. During our 12-day trip to Chobe and the Okavango delta, they stayed in touch to make sure everything went smoothly. Our group of five thoroughly enjoyed our safari experience. It really exceeded my expectations.
I would like to thank the Jumbari staff and especially Zeena for their attentiveness, especially since they were aware of my knee issue. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
