We received very prompt replies to our requests to personalise our itinerary for our Tanzanian safari. Having been met on our arrival at the airport, Francisco, our driver and guide, ensured we had a great trip, visiting various National Parks and seeing amazing wildlife.
The accommodation was much better than anticipated and we wanted for nothing during our week's trip. Early was a good time to visit as it was relatively quiet, the animals were not sheltering from the hot sun, and it was a comfortable temperature with no mosquitoes!
Have no hesitation in recommending them.

The company were great to deal with in advance in putting together the right itinerary. We saw everything we hoped to see on this trip and the accommodations were perfectly chosen.

The vehicle was clean and well maintained.

Francisco was a fabulous guide and host, from meeting us at the airport with smile, through all our game drives and lunches. Knowledgeable, friendly, well presented, and also a bird expert! Excellent for our trip.

This is my second time having safari tour in Africa and I actually had a bad experience with my last safari tour in Aug 2019 due to poor arrangements. I lost some confidence with booking safari tours in Africa but Lelaa tours nailed it.

They are responsive to emails. Answering all your questions with detailed explanation.

**Highly recommended especially if it's your first safari experience.

I would thoroughly recommend our experience with Lalaa Tours to anyone looking to safari in Tanzania, they were truly excellent!
From our very first contact with Eric to help us choose our accommodation, arranging our final logistics and our guide Francisco who was AMAZING!!
The team are very knowledgeable and helpful in adapting their packages to suit you, we preferred to stay in lodges and hotels rather than the tented camps and every property recommended to us was truly incredible!
Through our 4 days we saw so much thanks to Francisco and his great eye at spotting animals and getting us in the perfect location for so many incredible photos.
He was a joy to spend 4 days with and share this experience with us.
We couldn't have dreamed we would see so many animals in their natural habitat.
Thank you Lelaa Tours and Safaris for making the safari part of our Tanzanian adventure so unbelievably special!

My wife and I just got back from our trip to Tanzania. We booked a 5 day safari through Lelaa Tours & Safari. We had a fantastic time. We visited Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ndutu, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire. Lelaa Tours and Safari picked us up from our hotel in Arusha and dropped us off at the Kilimanjaro Airport for our flight back to home. Our guide Francisco was knowledgeable and friendly.
He worked hard to make sure that we saw all the animals that we hoped to see (lions, leopard, cheetahs, etc). All the tented camps and lodges they booked us at were great and they took care of every detail. All we had to worry about was having a good time.
Thank you so much, hopefully to come again and recommend the company.
