They are 4×4 modified safari Land Cruisers taking up to 7 guests with a pop-top roof hatch which is raised for wildlife viewing (see photos). All our customers will have window seats. The cars comes with Large Windows, Charging ports WiFi etc
This was seamless from the time of arrival in Kilimanjaro airport until our return. We had zero stress with the logistics. The communications were timely and appropriate. The preparation was perfect.
I had tried to plan a trip myself. It was overwhelming. I had offers of very very expensive trips, and very very inexpensive trips. I didnt want to be one of eight people handing out of a Land Cruiser.
I made one trip to the Leyu Tours website, sent an online request, did one phone conversation with Lulesu, and there we had our just the right size for us safari reservation.... just the right animals, just the right amount of time, and just the right price.
We were offered three options based upon experiences and lodging, and we picked the middle of the group.
We had people to help us. One upon landing in Tanzania, who made sure we got supper in spite of our late arrival. A beautiful hotel awaited us, with 6 rooms. Our driver then delivered us to the Arusha airport, and, after a short flight, we were met by another driver and taken to Ngorongoro crater edge lodging.
After a spectacular two days, we went to Olduvai gorge, where we had a private guided tour and drive into the gorge. On to a mobile camp and a bucket shower, for a safari experience. The lions roared at night outside the tent. And then another flight, and off to Lamai Serengeti for a spectacular thee days. Upon return, we were driven to the airstrip for return.
This was an amazing trip. We had a designated guide at each stay, so we had each day dedicated to what WE wanted to see.
The food was amazing. We ate everything.
The photography was excellent, and the guides worked hard to always get the animal on the right side of the early morning and early evening light.
If I went back, I would do exactly the same trip.

This trip was amazing! Our tour guide's name was Amani. He was extremely well informed and offered us information on the wild life of Africa as well as his personal books for nighttime reading to extend our knowledge. His English skills were better than our own. He gave us tips on where to shop, how much to pay, and when to barter. His knowledge of his culture and country was outstanding. He made our trip extremely memorable. I would highly recommend Leyu Tours Company and Amani as a guide.
We felt very well educated and taken care of.

Between end of October and early November we decided to go on a private safari to visit Tanzania.
When we got to Tanzania we were greeted by Leyu Tours guide Aamani. I have never met a more professional Guide, who spoke English, Spanish and Italian impeccably. Amani was also extremely helpful and did more for us than was actually necessary. His funny, caring and Africa-loving nature made the trip an absolute bliss!
The vehicles used by Leyu Tours were superb and very new. It really made us feel that we were taken care off and that they worried about our welfare. It was a really great experience, wonderful organisation and very professional people :)
All we had to do was sit back and relax, as we viewed all the Game that went by, lions after attacking their prey, leopards in the acacia shades, cheetahs observing possible prey, rhinos in Ngorongoro, lions on tree tops in Manyara and thousands of elephants eating bark from the tree trunks, feeding their little ones, resting inside the Tarangire river or playing whilst intertwining their tusks and trunks!!.
I can say without hesitation it has been the best private safari in my life and I will certainly repeat with Leyu Tours again!!!
