I visited Rwanda with this company. I went to Nyungwe National Park for 4 days. We visited chimpanzees, canopy tracks, imbaraga, umuyove and waterfalls. Bona, the Lake Kivu experience, was amazing. Emmanuel, my guide driver, was always on time and I learned a lot from him and his business in tourism. I enjoyed this beautiful country and I highly recommend this travel agency.

J’ai visité le Rwanda avec cette agence. Je suis allé au Parc National de Nyungwe pendant 4 jours. Nous avons visité des chimpanzés, des pistes de canopée, d'imbaraga, d'umuyove et de cascades. Bona, L'expérience du lac Kivu était incroyable. Emmanuel, mon chauffeur guide, était toujours à l'heure et j'ai beaucoup appris de lui et ainsi que ces affairs qu'il fait dans le tourisme. J'ai apprécié ce beau pays et je recommande vivement cette agence de voyage.

Had a wonderful safari in Rwanda with these great guys. As worries to travel during the pandemic were around us, a friend of mine recommended me to approach New Horizons for customizing my trip. All went well from planning, pick up to the Hotel , testing arrangements, safety and the safari itself. Gorilla trekking in Rwanda is indeed worthy doing and was very much excited to do it. Thanks to Ernest my driver who did amazing job including a reminder taking care of sanitizing. It was indeed good visiting Rwanda and New Horizons are highly recommended.

I booked a 6 days trip combining Rwanda and Ugandan experiences. My first contact was received and replied by Mr.Emmanuel with a detailed itinerary and budget proposal suiting my needs. I was keen to experience the cleanest city in Africa, Kigali, with utmost local life experience.

I am happy that I got what I needed: cooking cassava leaves in Nyamirambo with ugali as well as touring all the corner of the city. I also liked my gorilla trekking experience in Uganda and community tour in Kisoro. I also enjoyed experiencing Musanze with Buhanga forest, gorilla guardians village as well as Dian Fossey exhibits. I really liked Passion and Courage of the team in this company and their willingness to do the best for you to enjoy your experience and highly recommend making your booking with them.

Booked my family holiday involving Day Trip in Akagera National Park. The trip started early morning and had hot coffee before starting our game drive. The company gave us a driver and had a super wonderful in Akagera National Park sighting rhino, leopard, buffaloes, bunch of elephants and other small animals. Thanks Akagera for hosting us. Highly recommend New Horizon Tours trips.

I booked my trip with New Horizon Tours as my German friend referred them to me. I wanted to see the chimps and hiking in Nyungwe National Park. Team New Horizons assisted promptly to my queries and suggested some nice trails to hike in Nyungwe. We finalized itinerary and got a link for making payments for booking.
During my trip day (August 22nd, 2019), I met my driver Emmanuel at my Hotel in Kimironko and we started what turned up to be the most memorable trip of my lifetime. We started with visiting several museums including the King Palace and Ethnographic as well as the history of the rocks and other historic attractions in the south. Reaching Nyungwe Forest was amazing as we started viewing birds, monkeys, spotted a shy antelope and indeed the natural forest.

In Nyungwe, activities started with early morning chimps trek (wake up at 4:00), did Colobus monkeys trek, waterfalls hike as well as canopy walk. Also had a fantastic tea factory tour and tasting which is indeed fantastic.

My trip continued with more exploration of Western Rwanda with visiting the boarder with Bukavu in DR Congo,Lake Kivu experience and boat trip in Kibuye as well as singing with locals at the Ndaba's rock. Tasted local meals and dishes and met many locals and international friends. Thank you very much Emmanuel and team for showing me a lot about Rwanda and organizing such nice trips.

I have been on a solo safari with New Horizon Tours and Services and Emmanuel was my driver in August 2018. I enjoyed the way Emmanuel treated me. He truly understands what someone needs in a foreign land with excitement on a tour.
I was picked from a local hotel and Emmanuel drove me to Nyanza King Palace where we stayed for one hour and half and learned a lot about Rwandan Kings life. Afterwards, we departed to Nyungwe whereby I had the canopy walk and Isumo trail visit for the second day. For the third day I went for chimps trekking and i can say that Nyungwe National Park guides are so wonderful.
Afterwards, I departed to Kibuye for some boat drive and fish eating and ended my tour that day. Emmanuel and New Horizons were so wonderful and could not hesitate to recommend them for the coming Rwandan visitors.
