David didn’t just show us animals—he revealed the whole story of the bush. While we were craning our necks for leopards, he’d point out how acacia trees shape the landscape, why afternoon clouds meant elephants would be moving, or how local conservationists are protecting this fragile balance. Sylvester, our veteran manager (who’s seen a thousand safaris), told us over sundowners: Most guides teach you to look. David teaches you to see. And he was right—we arrived obsessed with lions, but left marveling at the way every insect, plant, and breeze connects.
Safari surprise: David taught us to read the bush like a book. Clouds = elephant highways. Acacias = animal diners. Came for big cats, stayed for the genius details!
That’s the mark of a true expert.

Before we even set out for our first elephant encounter, David treated us to what we fondly dubbed his legendary "elephant etiquette" briefing. With a perfect blend of seriousness and humor, he laid out clear instructions and safety tips that made sure we had amazing close encounters while still respecting the animals' space. Thanks to his guidance, we captured breathtaking photos, all while knowing we were being considerate of these majestic creatures.

I paid US680 dollars for a three day safari with Seven By Far Tour. The company offered a 3-day safari that included a stay in a wonderful lodge called AAlodges, which is categorised as a 5-stars facility in booking.com.
To my surprise, when I got there, the lodge was far from what was promised, they not only changed it without previous notification, but they took us to a lodge that was way below the level of what I paid for. The place is not even listed in booking.com. What really bothered me, is that they took me for stupid and had the nerve to say that it was an upgrade. When this happened, I decided to leave and ask for a refund before the safari even started. After sending recurrent emails for a month and receiving several excuses from the operator, I finally got a refund but for half of what I paid for.

I would never recommend this company.
