Traveling through Namibia was a fascinating experience. I enjoyed my camping and accommodated tour, traditional, Namibian food prepared and served in an open air and wonderful outdoor atmosphere. I really enjoyed the welcoming, friendly people and culture. My camping in Etosha was set up at Halali near waterhole and we spent most of the days traversing through the park from view point to view point, which was great!
Although our group was travelling during rainy season I enjoyed viewing abundant wildlife everywhere! I also enjoyed coast and dunes, especially sandboarding in the dunes, even at my age as I'm considered a senior. Food served on tour was excellent, I especially appreciate quick, efficient and personal service, which I met at Wild Wind Safaris.
Due to their efforts and their personal love for Africa, I have now Africa forever embedded in my heart and am already planning my next trip!

My travelling companion and I decided at the last minute to make the most of our work time in Namibia and go on safari to Etosha. We looked at a few tour operators but were immediately impressed with Wild Wind Safaris' emphasis on wildlife and their flexibility. I was so impressed by Martha, our tour guide. We liaised with her to make the last minute bookings and also to organise things around our flight times and she couldn't have been more accommodating. She was also, however, so enthusiastic and this was catching. I came away just wanting to do more and more safari trips with Wild Wind Safaris. She has such extensive detailed knowledge of the people, landscape and wildlife of Namibia (and beyond), but you don't feel like you are simply listening to a walking encyclopedia.
She is friendly and engaged and we had a lot of fun. She also helped make the most of photography opportunities and was very sensitive to the animals and their environment, which was very important to me. We went for the camping option and it was absolutely comfortable and the food was excellent. I can't recommend this highly enough and will be back for another trip.

In March 2014 Wild Wind Safaris brought out a quote within two hours for a trip starting the following day. Very efficient. The four day trip was a success and Philip, the owner of the company, was our driver and guide. My partner and I really enjoyed his company. Very pleasant to travel with. We then booked another safari with them for four days, and it was again a perfect trip.

Next year we want to return to Namibia to visit the very north, and if so we surely will contact Wild Wind Safaris again.

We recommend this company wholeheartedly for all your safaris in Namibia. It could not have been better.
