The Great Trekkers Safaris www.greattrekkers.ug is a fully registered and licensed tourist oriented company under Reg. No 220298. We are most focused on Community and Domestic Tourism Promotion. Like our Mission, we are focused and very passionate at discovering, identifying and promoting special attractions, unknown destinations and other sites within the Pearl of Africa Uganda.

We offer special and Modern services to our esteemed customers ranging from organizing the best Camping trips with the major aim of enhancing Domestic Tourism. During such Community Camps we not only boost known destinations but we also promote Agro-Tourism through Nature walks in rural communities where our guests relate with various community groups, learn from them, while empowering each other with various knowledge and skills in different fields.

Through the nature walks and we also ensure our tourists don’t trample vegetation, disturb wildlife, leave litter, and carry pathogens. We therefore encourage conservation of the environment because protected and scenic areas are attractions for both domestic and international tourists. This can also contribute to a wider appreciation of nature conservation by promoting and increasing accessibility to specific sites and aspects of nature, and enhance high levels of a forestation with the major aim of establishing a symbiotic relationship between the tourism industry and conservation.

As an established Travel and Tours Company we do Hotel bookings, Safari trips, Road trips, Study trips, Airport Pickups and we are experts at planning the best and suitable travels for all our clients and some who have had a piece of our services are convinced and satisfied with the organization of our safaris especially when it comes to wildlife, nature and gorilla safaris that is to say Gorilla tracking, Chimpanzee tracking, Wildlife viewing, Mountain hiking, White water rafting ,the source of the Nile, various power dams, Scenic viewing tours, bird watching, launch cruise , some of the salt, copper, cobalt mines and in the western region of the pearl of Africa.
