Sunset Africa Tours and safaris is a tours and travel company based in Mombasa specializing in quality tours and safaris at reasonable prices. Sunset Africa Tours and safaris has been in operation for more than 5 years now. Our focus has been and is still on providing a personal service to traveling parties. We give our customers personalized care and attention.

We are an African safari & holiday vacations specialist. We have our central reservations office strategically located in Mombasa, Kenya. We specialize in travel to Kenya and Eastern Africa. This specialization has given us opportunities to make contacts that give you privileged access to places you would never find on your own. We know Kenya and East Africa as a whole. You are welcomed as a guest by our in-country outfitters and our native guides, by the lodges we frequent, by the camp owners and managers we support.

Our Safari Services

Sunset Africa Tours and safaris services include excellent Camping safaris: lodge safaris, mountain climbing, luxury-tented safaris, beach safaris; balloon safaris and more.Apart from game safaris, we offer a wide range of travel services in East Africa including weddings conference and special interest tours with tailor made itineraries to suit individual needs.

Our Safari Driver/Guides

Our driver/ guides trained to the highest standards in the tourist industry. We boast of drivers/ guides who are respectful, knowledgeable and who speak English, French, Spanish, Italian and Japanese.

Our driver/safari guide will accompany you while on safari. They are professional local experts offering insights on the region’s history, geography, wildlife and cultural traditions, who in partnership with our tour leaders provide a dedication to customer service that is the best in the industry. In case of large groups, the tour leaders are with you throughout your journeys to ensure everything runs smoothly. They are knowledgeable, caring, informative and insightful, managing all details of every itinerary to make your vacation smooth, enjoyable and worry free.

Our Vehicles

You can choose from our 9-seater safari mini bus or our four-wheel land cruiser, which will cost you a little more than the minibus. Either way we shall ensure maximum comfort throughout the journey. Our Safari vans are fitted with special pop up roofs - for uninterrupted views for photography and game watching, long range High Frequency (HF radios), cooler box, fire extinguisher and first aid kits. We guarantee a window seat for each passenger. We have own workshop for maintenance of our vehicles and as a back up procedure we normally have a rescue car incase of any problem while on a safari
