Day 1: Arrive in Tanzania

Arrival in Tanzania at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). Transfer to your accommodation in Arusha. Meet with your trekking guide for a briefing and equipment check. Rest and acclimatize for the upcoming hike.

Day 2: Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut

After breakfast, drive to Marangu Gate, the starting point of the Marangu Route. Complete park registration formalities and meet your trekking team.
