Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro or Arusha airport, Nasikia Safaris’ representative will meet you and drive you to your overnight accommodation in Arusha. You will stay there until your adventures start on the following day.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Tarangire

After breakfast at your accommodation in Arusha, your private driver guide will pick you up and take you to Tarangire National Park, which is located approximately 2 hours away. Covering an area of 2,600 square kilometres, Tarangire National Park is one of the largest parks in Tanzania. It is renowned for its vast elephant herds and giant baobab trees. After lunch and further game viewing, you will drive straight to your accommodation in Karatu for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Early morning after breakfast at your accommodation, you will drive straight to Ngorongoro conservation area whereby you stop at the view point of Ngorongoro crater before you descend down the crater.The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera forming a spectacular bowl of about 265 square kilometres, you will proceed with game drive until the late afternoon then you will be dropped at either your hotel in Arusha or airport to connect with your flight
