Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you’ll be greeted by your guide and taken on a brief city tour of Kigali. Visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial and learn about Rwanda’s history. After lunch, transfer to Musanze and check into the luxurious Tiloreza Volcanoes Ecolodge. In the afternoon, visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund.

Rise early for your gorilla trekking experience in Volcanoes National Park. After a briefing at the park headquarters, trek through the lush forest to observe a habituated gorilla family. In the afternoon, visit the Gorilla Guardians Village to learn about local culture and history through interactive performances and demonstrations.
