Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Tarangire

Morning:Pick up from Arusha early in the morning. Drive to Tarangire National Park (approx. 2 hours). Game drive in Tarangire, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and wildlife, including lions, leopards, zebras e.t.c Lunch:Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated area within the park. Afternoon:Continue the game drive. Tarangire also has a large concentration of bird species and the seasonal river draws in many animals. In the late afternoon, drive to lodge or tented camp.

Morning:Early breakfast and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact caldera in the world, often called Africa’s Garden of Eden due to its high concentration of wildlife,including the Big Five (elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, and rhino). Lunch:Enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool. Afternoon:Continue the game drive around the crater floor. After the game drive, start the drive back to Arusha (approx. 3-4 hours).
