Nairobi (JKIA) - Lake Nakuru Park

On arrival at the Airport (pick up is either at the airport or your prefered hotel), our guide will pick you up and you will ascend the eastern wall of the Rift Valley where lush coffee and tea plantations reveal themselves and your driver-guide will give you a brief talk about coffee farming in Kenya. You will have a short stop-over at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photographs and then proceed with your drive to arrive at Lake Nakuru Park.

Masai Mara

Early in the morning breakfast, depart with your drive en route to Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya’s most popular nature reserve. Today, you will have an afternoon game drive in the park. Maasai Mara NR, is renowned for its impressive number of big cats, most notably lions, though you may spot the odd cheetah as well. The Serengeti plains, irrigated by the river Mara, make up much of the park and sustain huge populations of migratory animals, including wildebeest, giraffes, and zebras.
