JAMBO (hello) – KARIBU (welcome)!! It is ‘touch down’ at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Representatives of Phonex Expeditions Africa, your hosts in Kenya will be eagerly waiting for you to receive you in the best traditional African style. As a tradition in Africa, we shall present a gift as an expression of our joy and happiness and thereafter transfer to your accommodation for the night stayover at your hotel in Nairobi.

You will be picked from your hotel accommodation by our driver for your transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve- A Kenyan wildlife destination. Arrive in Masai Mara in time for lunch or evening tea/coffee as you will be checking into your hotel, after refreshing get ready for either afternoon game drives; exploring the plains of the Reserve. Expect to see a variety of wildlife including: Lions leopards, Gazelles, elephants, Warthogs, Giraffes, Wildebeests etc.

Full Day Masai Mara

Masai Mara

You will spend this day of the safari exploring Masai Mara National Reserve. After breakfast you will head to the Reserve for a full game Drive with your packed lunch box for picnic lunch expect to see large numbers of wildlife. Your lunch will be set and served at one of the picnic sites in the Reserve and you will enjoy your meals, while enjoying view of animals. Then go for another exploring expedition, in the evening you will return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stays.

On the 4th Day of your Masai Mara Safari , arrive in time for check in and thereafter a buffet lunch. After freshening up you will go for an afternoon game-drive safari where you will expect to see the huge numbers of flamingo which are concentrated along the lake shore. In addition to the bird life for which Nakuru is so well known, there are many different wildlife species in the park including lion, leopard, White rhino, buffalo, Rothschild’s giraffe, zebra, impala and waterbuck.

Your tour starts with pick up at 7:30 AM from your Nakuru hotel and depart to Lake Naivasha which is about 1 hour drive. On reaching Lake Naivasha. Thereafter, you will proceed to Hells Gate National Park for your nature walks or bicycle cycling in the park. In the afternoon, we will take you back to the hotel for lunch or you can opt to do one activity in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Return to your hotel in the evening for overnight stay.

On this day after morning breakfast, you will drive to Amboseli national park via Emali which is less than 5 Hrs drive. Arrive with more game drive proceeding to your lodge for check in, time for lunch, check in to your lodge, then you will head to afternoon game drive in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro. Later Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Proceed for an early morning pre-breakfast game drive to spot animals as they set off to graze and hunt. Return to the Lodge for breakfast. Later proceed for another game drive where plains game namely zebra, wildebeest, giraffe and various antelopes can be seen, looking out for the peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro which may be seen during clear weather from the Observation Hill. Large herds of elephants and hippo can be seen bathing in the swamp grounds.

This will be your last moment in Kenya as you will be looking forward to your flight back home. The driver guide will drive you back from Amboseli National Park to Nairobi then drop you at the airport depending on your flight schedule.
