Arrival in Arusha to Tarangire

Tarangire

Upon arrival in Arusha, you’ll be warmly welcomed and guided on your journey to Tarangire National Park. Entering the park, you'll discover its iconic baobab trees and diverse wildlife, including large herds of elephants, lions, and various bird species. After an exhilarating afternoon game drive, return to your tented camp, where you can relax and enjoy gourmet dining under the stars. Ngorongoro Crater

On this day, we will head to the Ngorongoro Crater and descend into the crater to view wildlife for a half-day safari tour. Ngorongoro National Park supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephant, its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopards. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can be seen here.

After very early breakfast drive to Manyara National Park Entrance Gate. Lake Manyara National Park’s walking safari takes you through tropical forests and acacia woodlands via various natural hiking trails. A guide and armed ranger come along to ensure your safety and to lead the way along areas with a high concentration of wildlife.
