Itinerary

Day 1

Moremi

Day 1: Depart on a 4 night mobile safari to Moremi (2 nights) and Savuti (2 nights) at around 9am. A supply vehicle with staff and equipment will leave earlier to go ahead and set up your camp. Arrive at Moremi south gate at around 10:30. Spend the next 5 to 6 hours slowly game viewing up the western side of Moremi. Stop in a shady place with a packed picnic lunch on the way. Arrive in camp at 2nd Bridge to find your camp already set up. Check into your accommodation, and if you wish, have a shower. For those of you who wish to, you may then go on a 1 to 1 and a half hour evening game drive in the area between 2nd and 3rd Bridge. Arrive back to camp for a shower and a wonderful fire-cooked 2 course meal.

Day 2

Moremi

Day 2: On your full day in Moremi your group may choose between whether you would prefer to do a morning and afternoon game drive returning for lunch in camp or perhaps you would like to go out for the whole day with a packed picnic lunch.

Day 3

Moremi

Day 3: Wakeup call at 5:30 for an early breakfast and to depart for Savuti by 7am for a slow scenic game viewing drive through the north of Moremi and Khwai. Arrive in Savuti by 3pm to find your camp set up. Check into your accommodation and, if you like, have a shower. For those of you who wish to, you may then go on a 1 to 1 and a half hour evening game drive in the Savuti area. Arrive back to camp for a shower and a wonderful fire-cooked 2 course meal.

Day 4

Day 4: On your full day in Savuti you may choose between whether you would prefer to do a morning and afternoon game drive returning for lunch in camp or perhaps you would like to go out for the whole day with a packed picnic lunch.

Day 5

Chobe

Day 5: Wakeup call at 5:00am Coffee/tea and rusks will be served as a light breakfast before your game drive. Go out from 5:30am on a game drive in the Savuti area arriving back at 7:30am for a quick cooked breakfast. Depart camp at around 8:30am for a 4 hour drive to Kasane. Drop off at The “Kalahari Tours” office for your transfer to the falls or to start your northern Chobe trip.
