Itinerary
Day 1
Victoria Falls | Zambezi
Day 1-2: Arrive in the Adrenalin Capital of Southern Africa Start your journey in Victoria Falls, the adventure capital of Africa. You won't be far from the Falls themselves and you will have time to enjoy the buzz of this exciting resort town, which is surrounded by its own wilderness and safari areas. You will stay at Batonka Guest Lodge on a bed and breakfast basis. During your stay in Victoria Falls you will be going on a sunset boat cruise on the Zambezi River, have a guided tour of the Falls and choose of one of the following included activities: helicopter flight or white water rafting.
Day 3
Matobo
Day 3-5: The magic of Matobo Hills Air transfer to Bulawayo and then road transfer to Matobo Hills. Stay for 3 nights at Camp Amalinda on an all-inclusive basis at this intimate and unique property. The Matobo Hills are a UNESCO World Heritage Site and your days will be spent exploring in the footsteps of Cecil John Rhodes and Mzilikazi, two famous men of the 19th Century. It is here that the San Bushmen left their inscriptions on the rocks and caves over 2000 years ago some of these fascinating granite hills. Rhino tracking and cultural trips are also available.
Day 6
Hwange
Day 6-8: Hwange, Zimbabwe's biggest safari area Road transfer to Hwange National Park. Immerse yourself in authentic African safari at Khulu Ivory Lodge where you will be staying on a fully inclusive basis. Morning and evening game drives allow you to capture excellent photos of large elephant and buffalo herds, as well as great chances of seeing lion, leopard, cheetah and a multitude of other plains game and bird species. Hwange is also a great place for walking safaris and depending on your intersts, there lodge supports a local community which you can visit.
Day 9
Day 9-10: Vast water wilderness of Lake Kariba Air transfer to the edge of the vast inland water wilderness that is Lake Kariba. Here you will spend the next few days at Rhino Safari Camp on a full board baiss either soaking up incredible vistas, fishing for the fighting tigerfish, enjoying land or water based safari experience or simply relaxing in magical surrounds.
Day 11
Mana Pools | Zambezi
Day 11-13: Mana Pools, untouched and wild Air transfer to the garden of Eden that is the Mana Pools World Heritage Site. This area is renowned for its stunning beauty and truly raw safari experiences. Spend time soaking up the vistas, walking the shoreline and canoeing the life giving waters of the Zambezi. It will be a real "safari" ending to your Zimbabwe holiday

Zambezi
Day 14: End of your Zimbabwe journey After an wholesome breakfast on the banks of the Zambezi river you will fly to Harare for your onward journey.
