Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Kigali, Rwanda a country famed as a land of a thousand hills. Upon your arrival you will be met by our representative. Depending on your touch down time, you will have a chance to explore Kigali's Historical and Cultural sites. Alternatively, you can arrive in Uganda-on Day 1 at Entebbe Airport and enjoy your trip within Uganda only.

Day 2
Bwindi Impenetrable
Travel to Rushaga in Uganda. You will stay near Bwindi Impenetrable National Park a primeval forest that shelters the endangered Mountain Gorilla. Bwindi a UNESCO Heritage Site is one of the captivating forest parklands with its swamp and bamboo forest making it an ideal place for the Mountain Gorilla population and other wildlife like baboons, elephants, chimpanzees and over 350 bird species. Although gorilla trekking can be challenging, your face to face encounter is a memorable experience.

Day 3
Bwindi Impenetrable
Gorilla tracking –a lifetime experience Have an early morning breakfast and then go for a briefing by wildlife rangers at the Park headquarters. Proceed to the forest for gorilla tracking to find the iconic gentle forest dwellers. You should be equipped with jungle boots since tracking involves walking up steep densely forested hills before finally coming across the endangered gorillas in the dense tropical vegetation their favourite habitat. You have one magical hour with them.

Day 4
Mgahinga
Today after breakfast go for golden monkey habituation experience at Mgahinga National Park. This park was gazetted in 1991. It gets its name from the local word Gahinga meaning a “pile of stones”. Encounter the habituated golden monkey troops that are endemic to this place. You have upto 4 hours to study them with scientists. It is a true wildlife experience.

Day 5
After Breakfast, you will visit the the local communities to learn about their cultures and history. Later on go for a boat ride on Lake Mulehe.
