Itinerary

Day 1

Day 1 On arrival at the airport, you will be picked by one of the driver guides who will transfer you to your lodge for the night. Dinner and overnight stay at the Guinea Fowl guest house Entebbe.

Day 2

Kibale

Day 2 Today, assuming you will be already in the country, you will be picked by your driver-guide and driven to Kibale Forest park. Lunch will be en route and on arrival, you will check-in into Kibale Forest Camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Kibale

Day 3 Today, you will spend your morning hours tracking Chimpanzees in Kibale Forest park. In the afternoon, you will go visit Bigodi swamp where you will meet other primate species and mammals. You will also interact with the communities that live within the swamp.

Day 4

Kibale | Queen Elizabeth

Day 4 After breakfast in Kibale Forest, you will be driven to Queen Elizabeth National park where you will check in to Engiri game lodge on arrival. In the afternoon, you will go for a game drive. Day5 Today, after breakfast, you will go for lion tracking in Queen Elizabeth. This is usually done in the presence of a researcher who uses radio call to track them. In the afternoon, you will go for a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel where you will see hippos, elephants, birds, and other animals on the shores.

Day 6

Bwindi Impenetrable | Queen Elizabeth

Day 6 Today you will head towards the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth where you will track the tree climbing lion among other animals and thereafter proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Park. On arrival, you will check into Gorilla Close Up for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7

Bwindi Impenetrable

Day 7 Today you get to rack mountain Gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. This activity usually takes most of the morning hours. In the afternoon, you can do a Batwa trail to learn and be entertained by one of the indigenous tribes and former habitants of the forest.

Day 8

Lake Mburo

Day 8 After breakfast, you will be driven to Lake Mburo game park where you will do a mid-morning game drive on arrival. After lunch, you will be driven to the airport to catch your flight home.
