DAY 1 ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK Pick up from Hotel in Arusha at 9.00am, drive to Arusha NP. The park has an incredible variety of fauna and flora, which cannot fail to impress. Hollywood also chose this region to film the movie “Hatari” in which Hardy Kruger starred alongside the legendary John Wayne. At the Momella Gate, an armed ranger will be waiting to accompany you on a walking safari that will give you the chance to experience the wildlife up-close, then drive to Arusha at Mc Elly's Hotel

Day 3: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK Early at 6.00am have a cup of coffee and drive to Maasai Boma where you will experience their daily life. Subject to the season, witness the livestock movement in the early morning before meeting the Elders, Moran warriors and women and children with full explanation. Drive to the Lodge for full breakfast. After breakfast have a game drive en-route with picnic lunch to Serengeti National Park, via Ngorongoro Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Heritage Camp.

Day 5: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK After breakfast have a Game viewing en-route with picnic lunches and visit to the small but very interesting Dr. Leakey Museum at Olduvai Gorge. Ascend from the plains to the rim of Ngorongoro Crater for dinner and overnight at Tortilis Camp (Crater rim)

Tarangire

Day 7: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK Drive with picnic lunch to Tarangire. The park covers 2,600sqkm and at dry times, the concentration of animal’s rivals the better known Serengeti – the game numbers are staggering, 30k Zebras, 25k Wildebeests, 5k Buffaloes, 3k Elephants, 2,500 Maasai Giraffes and over 1k Fringe-eared Oryx’s, Predators include Lions and Leopards. Also flocks of birds, Green Wood Hoopoes, Fisher Lovebirds, white bellied go-away birds and giant kingfishers. Drive back to Arusha.
