Day 1

Arusha | Kilimanjaro

Day 1: Arrival. Pick up from Kilimanjaro/Arusha airport. Drive to your hotel in Arusha and check-in and drive into Arusha town to explore (depending on your arrival time). Arusha City is situated at the foot of Mount Meru and it is the most famous city as a gateway to the Northern Safari circuit. You will overnight at a Safari Lodge in Arusha town.

Day 2

Tarangire

Day 2: Tarangire National Park. Pick up from your hotel after breakfast, and then drive to Tarangire National Park and do a morning game viewing. Have a picnic lunch then go for a game drive in the afternoon. The vast number of baobabs will catch your eye as you enter Tarangire National Park. The gently rolling countryside is dotted with these majestic trees, which seem to dwarf the animals that feed beneath them. Herds of up to 300 elephants roam in the park with the migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and elands. Drive to your hotel at Mto Wa Mbu town. You will overnight at a Safari Lodge at Mto wa Mbu.

Day 3

Lake Manyara

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park. After breakfast depart for game viewing in Lake Manyara national park. “Lake Manyara National Park is known for the flamingos that inhabit the lake. More than 400 species of birds inhabit the park and many remain throughout the year. Because of this Lake Manyara National Park is a good spot for bird watching. Leopards, Masai lions, cheetahs, elephants, blue monkeys, dik-diks, gazelles, hippopotami, Masai giraffe, impala, zebras, and many more wild animals inhabit this park and many can be seen throughout the year”. We will spend the morning inside the park for game-drives and then have picnic lunch. After lunch, have an afternoon game drive on the way out and drive to the Karatu town for overnight. You will overnight at a safari lodge at Karatu town.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater | Serengeti

Day 4: Serengeti National Park. After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will have time to stop at the Ngorongoro Crater “view point”. You will continue on to Serengeti National Park. Have an afternoon game drive in the park, and then stop at the picnic site for lunch. The Serengeti is known as one of the best wildlife sanctuaries in the world, especially renowned for the migration of animals. Every year more than a million wildebeest and zebras travel through the park. After lunch you will do a game viewing on the way to your hotel. You will overnight at a Tented Lodge in the park.

Day 5

Serengeti

Day 5: Serengeti - Ngorongoro Conservation Area. After breakfast, we will do a game viewing on the way out of Serengeti and then we will drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation area where we will overnight. You will overnight at a Safari Lodge on the crater rim forest.

Day 6

Arusha | Ngorongoro Crater

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater. After breakfast depart for Ngorongoro Crater via the Ngorongoro conservation area. You will have time to stop at the Ngorongoro Crater “view point” and then continue to descend down the famous Ngorongoro Crater. Also called the eighth natural wonder of the world, this heritage center shelters the most beautiful wildlife heaven on earth. Ngorongoro has over 20,000 large animals including some of Tanzania's last remaining black rhino, protected within its rim (few but you might see). Have a morning game drive in the crater, and then stop at the picnic site for lunch. After lunch you will do a game viewing drive on the way out of the crater. Late afternoon/evening we will drive back to Arusha town for overnight. You will overnight at a Safarir Lodge within Arusha town.

Day 7

Arusha | Kilimanjaro

Day 7: Departure. After breakfast we meet you at your hotel for your own options- shopping or just explore Arusha town. After lunch, depart for Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport.
