Drive to Marangu or Machame gate

Kilimanjaro

Early Morning after breakfast with picnic lunch and drinking water from Arusha City, drive to Marangu Park gate 3 hrs. Check in and start walking in the rain forest. Enjoy great scenery of green rain forest with beautiful flowers. Walk to Mandara hut for about 3-4hrs. Get picnic lunch at Mandara hut 2,720m. After lunch walk up for about 20 minutes to small Maundi crater to see mountain view. See Kibo and Mawenzi peaks if no clouds. Evening return at the gate and transfer to Arusha 3 hours.
