This two Night safari will visit the Amboseli National park. The park, “Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, the Amboseli National Parks is one of Kenya’s most popular parks. The name “Amboseli” comes from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust”, and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close.

Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands. They can also visit the local Maasai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture.”

Nairobi to Amboseli

Amboseli

Pick up from Nairobi (Pick location Nairobi CBD) 7.00 a.m in the morning and drive south across the Athi Plains, home of the Masai, via the trading town of Namanga near the Tanzanian border and on to Amboseli. Enter Amboseli Park driving slowly, looking for wildlife. Check in at Amboseli Serena Lodge, after checking in take your lunch followed by a short afternoon relaxation. At 4 pm go for the evening game drive until dusk. Dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Serena Lodge {Full Board}

Have an early morning cup of coffee/tea then depart for an early morning game at 6.15 a.m. to 8.15 a.m followed by breakfast. At 9.00 a.m., depart for a mid-morning game drive exploring Amboseli until 11.30 a.m. when you drive back to the Lodge for lunch. After lunch, relax enjoying the lodge facilities until 4.00 pm when you leave for an evening game drive. At 6.00 p.m. return to the Amboseli Serena Lodge. Meal Plan {Full Board}

Amboseli to Nairobi

After breakfast, depart for your last extended game drive in Amboseli until 11.00 a.m. when you depart Amboseli and drive to Nairobi with a stopover for lunch along the way back. Arrive in Nairobi at around 3.00 p.m
