After breakfast around 7:30 with our packed lunch, our guide will drive us to the Tarangire National Park (for approx. 2 and a half hours before reaching the park). We will do our first safari enjoying nature with spectacular views and huge baobab trees. Here you can see many species of birds, elephants, big cats such as lions and leopards … and much more. Dinner and accommodation in Karatu Town
SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK.
Serengeti
After breakfast, we will drive to the Serengeti National Park with a game drive en route to Serengeti where we will have dinner and spend the night. The Serengeti National Park has won many awards and was also a winner for the best National Park in Africa. We can have a great safari with sightings of large numbers of elephants, buffaloes, and wildebeest along with lots of giraffes, zebras, Thomson’s gazelles, wild boars, and impalas.
SERENGETI- NGORONGORO CONSERVATION
Serengeti
After breakfast, we will go on an early morning game drive through the Serengeti National Park and then return to our camp for lunch. We will continue the safari en route to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where we will camp on the edge of the crater enjoying beautiful views of this place (World Heritage). Dinner and accommodation at Ngorongoro Crater.
NGORONGORO CRATER
Ngorongoro Crater
Today we will have the opportunity to visit one of the largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic calderas in the world. It is 610 meters deep its base covers 260 square kilometers and is also located at 1800 meters above sea level. We can enjoy seeing animals such as the African buffalo, Grant’s zebra. In the extreme southwest is the Lerai forest, which consists mainly of yellow fever trees (of the acacia family).
LAKE MANYARA PARK - ARUSHA
Lake Manyara
This morning, after breakfast, we will head to Lake Manyara National Park. This is a groundwater forest famous for its tree-climbing lions. As with the habitats, the birdlife here is exceptionally diverse. In the middle of the lake, we will often see flocks of pelicans and the pink hue of distant flamingos, while the banks and floodplains feed countless herons, egrets, stilts, stems, spoonbills, African jacana, and other waders.
