This 5 days Uganda Safari offers up – close sighting of wild white Rhinos at Ziwa rhino sanctuary the only place in the country where one can track and observe these endangered creatures in the wild. And Murchison falls national park which is the oldest and largest conservation area famed for the mighty powerful waterfalls in the world. Murchison falls national park, is a home for over 73 mammals’ species with 4 of the big 5 and 75% of World’s Rothschild giraffe present, over 451 bird species with over 610 chimpanzee species living in Budongo forest, Budongo forest is one of the best two places to track chimpanzees in the World and both are in Uganda.
This 5 days safari takes us through adventurous activities like Buligi sector game drive in search for savannah plain mammals with sighting of buffaloes, elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, waterbucks, kobs, oribis among others.
Boat cruise from Paraa jetty to the bottom of the falls along the Nile River boosting sighting of wildlife like hippos, crocodiles, river bank elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and many water birds like yellow billed stork, Abyssinian ground hornbill, squacco heron, African skimmer.
Hike and top viewing (Murchison falls) boosting viewing and listening to staggering power with thunderous roar with which the Nile burst and forcing itself through a narrow gorge before dropping down 45meters leading to devil’s cauldron.
Lastly the 5 days safari ends with a visit to Budongo forest for primate experience with sighting of baboons, monkeys’ en route chimpanzee tracking.

Itinerary
arrival and transfer to the Hote
Arrive at Entebbe international Airport, you will meet with Avelisa Tours and Travel driver/guide. He will brief you about the 4 days Ziwa Rhino and Murchison falls Uganda safari, and then the driver will transfer you to your hotel where you will have time to relax while enjoying the cool breeze from the Lake. Later have dinner and overnight.

After breakfast embark on a 305km (4 – 5hours) drive to northwest of Uganda to Murchison falls N.P. Masindi town with a visit to Ziwa rhino sanctuary, the proud home to Uganda’s only wild white rhino totaling to 32 in number .Embark on 2 hours on foot rhino trekking in a company of an experienced ranger guide. You will have lunch in Masindi town after which you will enter Murchison falls through the kichumbanyobo gate .Retire to an assigned place of accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, out for the game drive on the Northern sector of the park. Expect to encounter animals like Giraffes, Lions, Elephants, baboons and antelopes. Return to the lodge for lunch. Later in the afternoon set out for boat cruise on the Albert Nile to the Bottom of the falls. You will reach the “Devil’s Cauldron”. You will see the majestic powerful Nile River forcing itself through a narrow gorge before dropping at 45meters, Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will set out for the chimpanzee trekking in Kaniyo Papidi in Budongo forest; rangers will search these chimps as they give you information about the other primates that you will encounter on 5 days Murchison falls Safari. And later you will return to the lodge for lunch and after go for white water Rafting, later go back for dinner and overnight.
