Itinerary

Arrival In Arusha

Upon arrival in the morning hours, you will be met by our Kubwa Five Safaris representative with your name printed on an A4 paper will welcome you at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), and later you will be transferred to Ngorongoro Crater passing through open plains south of Arusha town and eventually the forested slopes of Ngorongoro Crater Highlands before arriving at the rim of the crater. After a picnic lunch, we will continue our game drive.

Morning Drive In Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, we descend through the forested slopes of the Ngorongoro Highlands for a morning game drive en route to the Serengeti. We’ll stop at Olduvai Gorge to visit the site where the fossils of a distant ancestor of man, believed to be about 1.8 million years old were discovered. We arrive at our accommodation in time for lunch, thereafter you will head out for a game drive. Dinner and overnight at Seronera Camp Site.

Full Day Game Drives In Serengeti

You will have a full day in this wonderful park, rising early to make the most of your time. Our guides will choose the best spotting locations for the time of year; we can spend time at the Hippo pool watching these majestic animals laze about in the cool water happily living alongside the crocodiles, watch a big pride of lions, and many more. Dinner and overnight at Seronera Camp Site.

Travel From Serengeti National Park

Today’s drive takes us through the central Serengeti from west to east and back through the Ngorongoro Crater Highlands to the base of the Rift Valley Escarpment; a dramatic bluff nearly 2,000 ft high. Here lies a narrow belt of acacia woodland and a floodplain that is filled seasonally by Lake Manyara. Encompassing this area is Lake Manyara Park which is often overlooked, but game-rich and best known for its tree-climbing lions. You will have an evening game drive.

Travel To Arusha Town

After breakfast and you will go for a morning game drive, we will drive back to Arusha having time to shop at some of the curio shops in Makuyuni and Arusha. Then be taken to the Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home.
