It hosts cape buffalo, African bush elephant, leopard, lion, cheetah, Masai giraffe, zebra, hartebeest, impala, waterbuck, Thomson’s gazelle, lesser kudu, dik-dik, and other smaller animals, including a diversity of birdlife. Tsavo East National Park is one of the largest wildlife parks in Kenya. Large herds of dust-red elephants can be seen all over the park.
