Boat Safari

Nyerere (Selous)

You will be picked up early in the morning from your location in Dar Es Salaam and taken to Nyerere National Park (5 hour drive). Upon arrival you will check in at your hotel (outside the park) and have lunch. At around 4PM, you will go for a boat safari along the might Rufiji River. Weather permitting, you may also stop to experience one of the most beautiful sunset during your sundowner. It the evening, your guide will take you back to your hotel to relax, have dinner and overnight stay.

Early Morning Bird Watching

Today, you will start early in the morning with breakfast followed by a birdwatching escapade. Let our professional birding guide help you spot some unique migratory and non migratory birds. In the afternoon you will stop for lunch and thereafter proceed with more birdwatching. In the early evening you will begin your transfer trip back to Dar Es Salaam. Depending on traffic, you will arrive back at your Dar Es Salaam hotel/residence etc at around 9/10PM.
