Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth

Upon Arrival, our safari guide will pick you from Entebbe International Airport you drive to Queen Elizabeth National park stop a stopover at the equator line for beautiful photos. proceed and have lunch in Mbarara town for the African traditional lunch en -route and check in to your accommodation in the evening. Expect to see games before reaching at the lodge like buffaloes, elephants and antelopes.

Day 2: Game Drive - Boat Trip

Take pleasure in the morning safari before sunrise which takes you towards the northern side of the park in search for buffaloes, leopards and savannah bird species. After your safari drive to the lodge, relax at the pool side have lunch and go on afternoon boat cruise along Kazinga channel where you are most likely to encounter the families of elephants, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles and many water bird species in congregations cooling off and which give an opportunity to take amazing pictures.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale

After breakfast drive to Kibale Forest have a stretch at the equator line, Enroute to Fort Portal town situated at the foot hills of the mountains of the moon. Have a traditional lunch and proceed to the forest, famous for chimpanzee trekking. In the evening you will go for the Bigodi wetland sanctuary walk an initiative of the local community. The swamp is known for the rich diversity of birds like Great blue turaco, primates mostly monkeys and butterflies.

Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking

Kibale

After breakfast, head to the Kibale Forest National park offices. The activity begins at 8:00am with a briefing for the rule of trekking the chimpanzees after which you will set off to trek the chimpanzees. Kibale is known for having the greatest concentration of primates in East Africa. Enjoy a guided nature walk in the tropical forest in search for the wild chimpanzees.

Day 5: Transfer to Murchison

After breakfast, the safari will continue with the transfer to Murchison falls National park, for 6/7 hours’ drive through Hoima town. Enter the park through Bugugu gate. You are likely to spot warthogs, giraffes and other wildlife on your way to your accommodation. Later Check in at Pakuba Safari Lodge for a relaxed evening, dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Game Drive- Boat Trip

Murchison Falls

Have early morning coffee, set off for a game drive on the Northern delta with sightings of cape buffaloes, warthog and carnivores including lions, leopard. Return to the lodge for breakfast, in the afternoon go for boat trip on the Victoria Nile to the bottom of the Murchison falls where the park derives its name. Continue with a hike to the top of the falls (if you like) for viewing of the other side of the falls where the Nile squeezes through a 7 meters’ gorge to the falls 45 meters.

Day 7: Game Drive- Sun Downer

You will today head out for an early game drive, drive towards the delta to experience a great deal of wildlife and various bird species such as shoebill, grey crested crane, grey crowned crested crane, saddle billed stock, goriath heron, African fish eagle. Look out for big cats, herds of giraffes, elephants, antelopes and buffaloes. In the evening go for sundowner safari of 2 hours with coffee and snacks while viewing herds of giraffes walking majestically and necking each other.

Day 8: Transfer to Entebbe

Have a delicious breakfast, calmly drive back to Kampala en-route we will make a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary home of the Rhinos in Uganda for a guided Rhino walking safari and observe them in their natural habitat at a close and safe distance. Enriched with the experience of a lifetime, you will say goodbye to the pearl of Africa. Depending on the time of your departure you will be transferred to Entebbe airport for your flight back home.
